Application of DC brushed motors in automobiles

Introduction to Brush-Type DC Motors Brush-type DC motors, commonly referred to as brush motors, are a type of DC motor widely used in household appliances. Their key components include fixed main poles and brushes on the stator, as well as armature windings and commutators on the rotor. Electric power from the DC power source enters the armature windings through the brushes and commutator, generating armature current. The magnetic field produced by the armature current interacts with the main magnetic fiel....

How can the MCU continue to complete the corresponding operation when the power is slow to power on?

In electronic systems, the microcontroller (MCU) is the core control unit, and its stable operation depends on a reliable power supply. However, in actual applications, the power supply may be slow to power on, which poses a challenge to the normal startup and subsequent operation of the MCU. To ensure the stability and reliability of the system, the MCU needs to adopt a series of strategies to deal with the problem of slow power on and continue to complete the corresponding operation. Countermeasures at ....

Reversed power supply polarity causing board damage? Here are some solutions.

Many hardware engineer projects are completed on perforated boards, but there is a risk of accidentally reversing the power supply polarity, which can cause electronic components to burn out and even render the entire board unusable, requiring the board to be rewired. Are there any good solutions to this problem?Firstly, carelessness is inevitable. Although distinguishing between the positive and negative terminals is as simple as identifying the red and black wires, we might not make a mistake when connect....
