Summary of commonly used motor control algorithms

Recently saw some friends are playing a variety of motors, for the motor is important to control, control is stable, accurate, fast is the ultimate goal of a control algorithm software engineers, first of all, you can play some of the more mature control algorithms to experience, so here to collect this piece of content to share with you. BLDC motor control algorithm Brushless motor belongs to the self-commutated type (self-direction conversion), so the control is more complex. BLDC motor control requires....

This power technology, it's about to explode

Processors and data center architectures are changing to meet the higher voltage demands of servers running AI and large language models (LLMs). At one time, servers ran on a few hundred watts of power. But things have changed dramatically in the last few decades as the amount of data to be processed has increased dramatically and users demand faster data processing.NVIDIA's Grace Blackwell chips consume 5 to 6 kilowatts, which is roughly 10 times the total power consumed by servers in the past.1 The power ....

Why is grounding resistance generally not greater than 4Ω?

Grounding resistance is the current from the grounding device into the earth and then flow through the earth to another grounding body or to the distant spread of the resistance encountered, which includes the grounding line and the grounding body itself, the resistance of the grounding body and the earth's resistance between the contact resistance and the resistance of the earth between the two grounding body or the earth grounding body to the infinite distance of the earth's resistance. The size of the gr....

About 485 communication instability problem solution

Preface 485 communication instability problems (specifically manifested as sometimes can communicate on, sometimes communication is not) RS485 in the connection with too many devices, communication distance is too long, twisted-pair cable quality is poor, wiring is not standardized and so on, will lead to communication instability problems. Solution: A few concepts about 485 bus. 1. 485 bus communication distance can reach 1200 meters. According to the theory of 485 bus structure, under the premise of....

How to reduce parasitic capacitance in PCB layout?

Noise in electronic systems can take many forms. Whether it is picked up from an external source or passed between different areas of a PCB layout, noise can be picked up unintentionally in two ways: parasitic capacitance and parasitic inductance. Parasitic inductance is relatively easy to understand and diagnose, both from a crosstalk perspective and from the coupling of seemingly random noise between different parts of the board. Dealing with parasitic capacitance is not necessarily more difficult, but it....
