These live demonstrations bring together XMOS' long-standing expertise in audio and multimodal signal processing, and are based on the company's xcore processor, which combines edge AI, MCU control, DSP and flexible I/O. As a software-defined SoC, the xcore processor is characterized by high performance, flexibility, low latency and low power consumption, making it ideal for use as a core device in audio and multimodal processing systems, or as a sensor fusion processing front-end for AI intelligence or large-scale networks for which data preprocessing or data format conversion is required. Below are some of the demonstrations of XMOS at this year's Guangzhou Show:
XMOS USB Hi-Fi sound card/audio decoder series solutions - including support for PCM sample rates up to 768KHz, DSD 512 audio decoding, asynchronous transfer of HD bitrate audio over USB UAC2.0 protocol, OTG MAX, multiple audio source inputs, Hi-Res sound quality for ASRC, high dynamic range audio, high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), low distortion (THD) and other features.
AI Noise Reduction - AI-driven speech capture capabilities for noise reduction in a variety of challenging environments with deep neural network (DNN) algorithms.
Spatial Audio - This solution delivers 3D immersive spatial audio on any device and enables safer listening.
DSP Sound - XMOS provides DSP processing for a high-performance, high-quality audio experience. With the ability to deliver exceptional sound quality and ultra-low latency, it is ideal for real-time applications such as live streaming, podcast broadcasting, sing-along (Karaoke) and gaming. The solution provides flexible inputs and outputs, including support for analog and USB connectivity, to deliver professional-grade audio to content creators and general-purpose headset users.
Microphone Array Reference Design - The XMOS AI microphone array solution enables long-range pickup, voice interruption capabilities, directional pickup and clear vocal output through advanced algorithms and high-performance hardware.
