The PTS845 series, which only measures 4.5 × 3.4 × 3.3 mm, provides working forces of 80, 160, and 260 gf for a range of high-use applications. Its stated life of up to 1,000,000 cycles offers unparalleled dependability for usage in severe situations, and its creative bracket peg design guarantees exceptional mounting strength.

Qualities and Advantages

Compact design: perfect for PCB layouts with constrained space.

Longer lifespan: rated for a maximum of one million cycles to ensure sustained performance; and

Adaptable choices: For differentiation, there are several operating force levels (80, 160, and 260 gf) and drive colors available.

Improved Mounting Strength: The design of the bracket peg guarantees a stable position on the PCB.

Applications and Markets

Applications where dependability, durability, and small size are crucial are the focus of the PTS845 series:

Consumer electronics include gaming accessories and automotive recorders; telecommunications includes mobile radios; and smart homes include control systems and smart gadgets.

High-end applications with compact solutions

"In high-use applications, the PTS845 series offers engineers a small and potent solution that aims to maximize PCB space while guaranteeing high performance." "It is a great addition to Littelfuse's flick switch portfolio, combining compact size, durable construction, and a variety of operating force options to meet the most common needs of end-user applications," stated Junbao Chen, design center manager for Littelfuse's Electronics Business Unit. The product's quality and dependability are further improved by the bracket peg design, which guarantees that it satisfies the demands of the upscale consumer market.

The PTS845 Series' Unique Features

Design engineers may produce elegant, effective designs with the PTS845 series without compromising performance or durability. The PTS845 series offers a cost-effective solution for consumer electronics, telecom equipment, and smart home goods because to its varied functionality and capacity to resist up to 1,000,000 duty cycles.
