Several ways to control EMI radiation using PCB layered stacking

There are many ways to solve the EMI problem, modern EMI suppression methods include: the use of EMI suppression coating, selection of appropriate EMI suppression spare parts and EMI simulation design. In this paper, from the most basic PCB board, discuss the role of PCB layered stacking in the control of EMI radiation and design techniques. Power supply busbar Proper placement of capacitors of appropriate capacity near the power supply pins of an IC can make the jump in the output voltage of the IC come ....

What are the main reasons for the heating of MOS tubes with very low internal resistance?

The main reasons for the heating of MOS tubes with small internal resistance include the following: Power loss: when the MOS tube flows a large current, even if the internal resistance is very small, it will produce a large power loss, resulting in heating. In switching power supplies, if the MOS tube does not turn off and on fast enough, additional power losses are also generated12. Linear operating state: If the MOS tube operates in the linear region instead of the switching region, too long a conduction ....

What are Driverless LED Lights?

The great American businessman and inventor of the light bulb, Thomas Alva Edison, once said, “We shall make electricity so cheap that only the rich will light candles.” That statement has indeed come true today. From small houses to paved roads to big industries, we can notice AC lights illuminating our environment after the sun goes down. Earlier lighting systems used different types of bulbs such as incandescent, Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs) etc. but today with the advancement in LED ligh....

Embedded RTOS in the end “real time” where?

Embedded RTOS (Real Time Operating System) has made a big splash in recent years. Embedded MCU, has long been out of the main frequency of only 8MHz era, now embedded controller chip, the main frequency can be as high as 600MHz, and ordinary MCU can easily run at 64MHz. not only the main frequency of the qualitative leap, and Arm Cortex-M series of MCUs, the early stage of the kernel design has also been added to support the RTOS of the native kernel instructions. However, although RTOS is called a “r....
